Miniature Pies

Pinterest is addictive, but It is also very inspirational! After spending countless hours flicking through pins I came across this fantastic idea – miniature pies! So, being a super fan of fruit pie I decided to give it a try! I went out, bought a set of tiny Ball canning jars, readymade pie dough, and canned pie filling. Obviously, I wanted pie NOW, and did not have the patience to make everything from scratch. I rolled the pie dough out and lined the jars. Filled the shells with filling and used the leftover crust to make tiny lattice. Popped them in the oven, and voila! Miniature peach and cherry pies!
